UF announces Early Decision admissions option beginning Fall 2027 cycle

The University of Florida will introduce an Early Decision application option, allowing prospective students to apply as early as August 1 with a deadline of October 15 and decisions issued in mid-December. The university said the move responds to requests from high schools and parents seeking greater flexibility in the admissions process. UF stated that all applicants, regardless of which application plan they choose, will go through the same review process.
