Two arrested in death of teen whose car was found submerged in Suwannee River

The family of 18-year-old William Powell Jr. is seeking justice nearly a year after he was found dead inside a car submerged in the Suwannee River near White Springs. Court records indicate Cameron Fine was charged with second-degree murder after allegedly shooting Powell, and Josh Daniel faces an accessory charge; both reportedly helped place Powell’s body in the vehicle before pushing it into the water at Wayside Park.
