Alachua County Animal Resources pauses cat and kitten adoptions for one week

Alachua County Animal Resources has temporarily suspended cat and kitten adoptions starting Tuesday due to a rise in upper respiratory infections entering the shelter. The one-week pause will allow staff to monitor and treat affected animals, with adoptions set to resume on June 30.
