ICE agents kill Colombian man in Maine, second such mistaken-identity death in a week

Federal immigration agents shot and killed a Colombian national in Maine after reportedly confusing him with their intended target, according to the Alligator. The incident occurred less than a week after a similar case in Houston in which ICE agents also fatally shot the wrong person.

Florida executes Dennis Sochor after more than 40 years on death row
