DeSantis fills two Alachua County judicial vacancies

Governor Ron DeSantis appointed Lorelie Brannan to the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court, filling the seat vacated when Judge Robert Groeb retired in April. He also named Lua Lepianka to the Alachua County Court, where a vacancy opened after Judge Jonathan Ramsey moved up to circuit court.
