Gainesville woman, 43, killed by pickup truck while walking on US 129 near Chiefland

A 43-year-old Gainesville woman was struck and killed by a pickup truck while walking along US 129 in Levy County on Wednesday night, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The collision occurred just south of the County Road 320 intersection near Chiefland.
