Resilient Florida flood program leaves some inland communities behind

Florida’s Resilient Florida program was established to help communities prepare for worsening flood risks, but inland areas are not always receiving the funding or even knowing they qualify for assistance. The experiences of Greenville and Mount Dora illustrate the divide: some inland communities credit the program with meaningful flood help, while others remain unaware they are eligible to apply.
